Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes. A travel fee of $0.65 per mile applies to events located more than 30 miles from the coordinator’s home. Coordinators are based in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Are the packages listed on your website the only services you offer?
No. Forever and Always Event Planning customizes every package to fit the client’s needs. Whether you need a long event day, help with a non-wedding celebration, or extra staffing support, the team can create a custom quote that matches your goals and budget.

Can I choose my coordinator?
In most cases, yes. Based on availability and location, Forever and Always does their best to let clients choose the coordinator who best fits their personality and event needs. If scheduling doesn’t allow, they’ll assign the team member whose style and experience are the best match for your day.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payment plans can be discussed to accommodate your budget and timeline.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up for rental décor?
If scheduling allows and the items can fit into the coordinator’s vehicle, Forever and Always will do their best to accommodate delivery and pick-up requests for rented items.

Is there a security deposit for rental décor?
Yes. A $100 refundable security deposit is required for rental items. The deposit is returned once all items are received in the same condition as they were rented.
