THE PLANNING PROCESS
- 4 Planning Meetings: 90 days out, 60 days out, 1 month out, and 1 week out

THE BIG DAY
- 8 hours of dedicated support to ensure every detail, from setup to day of coordination, is handled with care. (Additional hours available for $100/hour)

Day of Coordination Services
To the Bride who has taken on wedding planning by the horns & already tackled the ‘big stuff’ themselves, this is the package for you! You did the grunt work girl, let us bring it on home!
Included but not limited to:
- Your own Aisle Planner account with specific checklists & documents to keep all event related details organized
- Onsite day of coordination coverage ranging from 6-12+ hours
- 1-3 planning meetings
- Decor setup and teardown
- Timeline creation & execution
- One lead coordinator (based on the size or complexity of the event, an additional coordinator may be needed)
- Management of all ceremony & reception events
- Confirmation of vendor contracts

Decorating & Set Up Services
Let’s face it, what bridesmaid or groomsman wants to spend their morning setting up decor? The guys have a tee time to catch and the girls don’t want to interrupt their hair and makeup time! Let everyone enjoy their day by relaxing and getting pampered, yourself included!
- Complete set up of décor on-site for ceremony and/or reception area/s

Decor Rentals
Renting allows you to save yourself from the hassle of storing the decor before the event & trying to rehome the items afterwards. Who wants to try and worry about all of that when you have a honeymoon to get to?!

Beyond handling SO many details, vendor comms, day of decor and setup, making sure we kept to the timeline, had enough food/drink, and everything in between, she also found time to capture so many photos and moments for us during the rehearsal and wedding day so we didn't have to worry about any point of our special weekend not being documented (especially as we wait for our photographer photos), which was so appreciated & unexpected!
Brooke and her team deserve as many stars as possible. I met Brooke only 4 weeks before my wedding, as she was coordinating my best friends wedding and I was a bridesmaid. She was open the date of my wedding and agreed to take me on last minute...She jumped right into helping me plan, as it was all of the last minute crunch time stuff and I seriously felt what seemed like the weight of the world lift off my shoulders... She designed multiple different things for me in record time, and we received many compliments on the aesthetic she was able to create for us!
Right from the first planning call, Brooke was energetic and optimistic about how she could help make our wedding come to life...She is so clearly organized and on top of it that as a bride on my wedding day, I had zero concerns about if things were getting done...Brooke goes beyond setting up - at the ceremony, she is confirming the music you selected with the DJ, lining up and giving cues to your wedding party for when to start walking, capturing photos on her phone that she shares the next day (this was the sweetest touch)...and so much more.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes; 0.65/mile is required after 30 miles from the coordinators home (coordinators are based out of Grand Rapids & Kalamazoo)
No way! We are all about catering to our clients needs, so if that means a 14+ hour day, planning a birthday party at a zoo, or just having a coordinating team come to bus tables at your event, we surely can work out a custom package for that!
If the stars align! Based on availability and location, we first try to give you the option to choose the coordinator(s) you’d like. Otherwise, we will match you with the coordinator(s) that are available for your date and that vibe with your personality & event needs the best!
20% is required at the time of booking. However, we are fully aware how much events cost and can happily discuss payment plans with you if needed!
We understand how crazy the days leading up to, and the days following the event are. That being said, although it is not guaranteed, if our schedule allows, and the rented items can fit into the coordinator's car, we try our best to accommodate your rental needs!
Yes there is a $100 refundable security deposit as long as all of the items are returned in the same condition they were rented out in.
