Let us take your hand and guide you ‘start to finish’ through your entire planning process! Leave the napkin folding and management of the chaotic family photos up to us. You just worry about what flavor of cake you’re going to choose for dessert!

- Your own Aisle Planner account with specific checklists & documents to keep all event related details organized
- Unlimited planning meetings
- Budget management
- Vendor sourcing and management
- Timeline creation & execution
- Coordination of event logistics
- Creation and execution of a design scheme
- Guest management
- Venue layout, floor plan design & seating chart assistance
- Day of coordination (10 hour coverage)

Day of Coordination Services
To the Bride who has taken on wedding planning by the horns & already tackled the ‘big stuff’ themselves, this is the package for you! You did the grunt work girl, let us bring it on home!
Included but not limited to:
- Your own Aisle Planner account with specific checklists & documents to keep all event related details organized
- Onsite day of coordination coverage ranging from 6-12+ hours
- 1-3 planning meetings
- Decor setup and teardown
- Timeline creation & execution
- One lead coordinator (based on the size or complexity of the event, an additional coordinator may be needed)
- Management of all ceremony & reception events
- Confirmation of vendor contracts

Decorating & Set Up Services
Let’s face it, what bridesmaid or groomsman wants to spend their morning setting up decor? The guys have a tee time to catch and the girls don’t want to interrupt their hair and makeup time! Let everyone enjoy their day by relaxing and getting pampered, yourself included!
- Complete set up of décor on-site for ceremony and/or reception area/s
- 1-3 decor planning meetings
- Client review & walkthrough after setup is complete
- Itemized worksheet to help organize your décor inventory

Decor Rentals
Renting allows you to save yourself from the hassle of storing the decor before the event & trying to rehome the items afterwards. Who wants to try and worry about all of that when you have a honeymoon to get to?!

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR…YAY OR NAY?
There are so many moving parts on wedding day! How do you know by having just one coordinator, they can achieve your vision all by themselves with no help!? It’s not a ‘cut and dry’ answer… unless you find a handy dandy flowchart like the one I created below that helps break down if you truly should invest in that additional coordinator!

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes; a 0.52/mile is charged after 30 miles from the coordinators home (coordinators are based out of Grand Rapids & Kalamazoo)
No way! We are all about catering to our clients needs, so if that means a 14+ hour day, planning a birthday party at a zoo, or just having a coordinating team come to bus tables at your event, we surely can work out a custom package for that!
If the stars align! Based on availability and location, we first try to give you the option to choose the coordinator(s) you’d like. Otherwise, we will match you with the coordinator(s) that are available for your date and that vibe with your personality & event needs the best!
50% is required at the time of booking, and the remaining amount is due one month prior to the event. However, we are fully aware how much events cost and can happily discuss payment plans with you if needed!
we understand how crazy the days leading up to, and the days following the event are. That being said, although it is not guaranteed, if our schedule allows, and the rented items can fit into the coordinator's car, we try our best to accommodate your rental needs!
Yes there is a $100 refundable security deposit as long as all of the items are returned in the same condition they were rented out in.
